Intermediate UI/UX Designer

Duties:
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and software applications, following best practices and design principles.
Translate technical requirements and system behaviors into clear, user-friendly interaction patterns.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform and enhance design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams, adjusting communication styles for diverse audiences.
Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation of designs.
Apply an understanding of software architecture and data flows to design complex workflows and system interfaces.
Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and standards to keep products competitive.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Strong proficiency with design tools such as FIGMA and Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of architecture, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
Ability to translate technical requirements into engaging user interfaces.
Excellent collaboration skills within diverse and global teams.
Knowledge of software systems, data flows, and complex workflows.
Familiarity with the following:
Programming languages like C.
Design and development best practices.
