An experienced and SAQCC-registered Fire Detection Technician is required to join a busy fire protection team based in Bellville, CPT. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of fire detection, sprinkler and related fire protection systems across customer sites.
This role requires a hands-on technician who is technically strong, customer-focused, able to work independently, and confident in ensuring that all work is completed in line with SAQCC requirements, applicable SANS codes, health and safety standards and service quality expectations.

The ideal candidate will come from a fire protection, fire detection, sprinkler, suppression or integrated life safety systems environment. They will be technically hands-on, confident on client sites, able to manage work independently, and capable of supporting junior technicians while ensuring every installation, service call and project is completed safely, professionally and in line with compliance requirements.
