Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Perform reconciliations (bank, debtors, creditors, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries
Assist with VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions
Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Assist senior accountants with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed
