Electrical & Instrumentation Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Planning of electrical staff daily objectives.
• Scheduling and planning of projects.
• Monitor and control electrical production costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Open and clear communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Optimizing the use of electrical resources.
• Resolving electrical design, build and installation problems.
• Project drawings and control philosophies.
• Ensure Job card align to drawing BOQ and quote.
• Panel building oversight.
• Practical Electrical installations.
• Liaise with Draughting team to incorporate electrical builds into GA’s.
• Getting electrical/FMS items QC checked and tested on arrival and departure.
• Report faults.
• Filing and documenting all electrical requirements for build.
• Follow up with staff and ensure process followed.
• Maintain the daily tracking of staff and hours worked on projects/ FMS installations on site.
• Document and planning for electrical workshop.
• Giving requested information to management.
• Manage Inventories
