ROLE OVERVIEW:
- The Junior Brand Manager drives the growth and success of a key FMCG brand by increasing brand equity, market share, revenue, and profitability. The role leads brand strategy, marketing campaigns, product launches, and innovation initiatives, while using market insights and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong commercial results.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Advertising. Postgraduate Marketing qualification (advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Brand Management within an FMCG environment.
- Food manufacturing experience with trade and sales exposure is essential.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing and executing brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand equity, revenue growth, and market share.
- Leading the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, key projects, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
- Managing innovation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leading the development and execution of shopper marketing activities to drive category growth, improve in-store visibility, optimise share of shelf, and support the successful launch of new products.
- Identifying opportunities and risks, developing business cases for new projects, and implementing action plans and tactics where required.
- Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to support successful project delivery and collaboration.
