Requirements: - National Senior Certificate (Matric). - Recognised Personal Training qualification (e.g REPSSA, HFPA, NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent). - Valid CPR and First Aid certificate. - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably working with Executives, high-profile clients, or families. - Experience in rehabilitation, corrective exercise, mobility and performance training. - Valid RSA driver's license. - Willingness to travel with the CEO and family when required. Duties and responsibilities: - Design and implement personalised fitness programmes for the CEO and family members based on individual health, fitness and lifestyle goals. - Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and monitor progress through regular evaluations. - Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions focused on strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and overall wellness. - Develop corrective exercise programmes to address muscular imbalances, posture and movement deficiencies. - Diagnose and assist in the treatment of musculoskeletal issues within the scope of practice, and coordinate rehabilitation programmes where necessary. Skills: - Registration with the Register of Exercise Professional South Africa (REPSSA) will be advantageous. - Qualification in Physiotherapy, Biokinetics, Corrective Exercise, Athletic Training. - Flexible to work morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
