Executive Chef

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Executive Chef you will lead all kitchen operations to ensure exceptional food quality and high-end service delivery

You will:

• Lead all food production menu innovation and luxury culinary concepts across all dining outlets weddings and special events
  
• Manage financial targets by developing strict food costing strategies stock control protocols and wastage reduction systems
  
• Enforce complete compliance with HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems across all kitchens and storage areas
  
• Mentor and develop high-performing culinary teams managing performance reviews training and scheduling
  
• Oversee administrative reporting including accurate recipe standardisation asset maintenance and supplier purchasing
  

Requirements

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Chef or similar luxury culinary role
  
• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Professional Cookery Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
  
• Certifications: HACCP and Food Safety certification is highly advantageous
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems (TallOrder experience is a plus)
  
• Key Attributes: Advanced food and wine knowledge strong financial acumen and a passion for 5-star service excellence
