Multilingual Real Estate Leasing & Sales Agent

Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Agent based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Understand letting, tenant & other operational procedures and processes.
• Can easily adapt to change.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Confident and vibrant personality.
• Very hard working.
• Must be willing to be available outside of working hours.
• Well-spoken and presentable Communication skills.
• Strong command of the English language- essential.
• Ability to speak at least 3 African languages.
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette skills.
• Computer literacy of MS Office, Excel- essential.
• 1+ years sales experience- essential.
• Matric- essential.
• Real Estate qualification- advantageous.
• Clear Credit record and Criminal record.

KPAs:

• Responsible for new deals signed with the company by promoting the business, ensuring new deals are signed every month and includes sourcing prospective tenants.
• Contact prospective tenants to set up viewings and attend arranged viewings with the intention of selling units available in the buildings.
• Reply to emails and get details of prospective tenants.
• Close deals by getting lease fee or full deposit paid by the tenant.
• Reply on emails, get full details of prospective tenants, assist clients in completing the application form and thoroughly explain the application process to clients.
• Ensure your capability to understand and explain lease charges on the pricelist and lease processes.
