Job Title and Purpose

Job title: Technical RDT Sales and Support – Mincon SA

Department: Sales / Construction & Geotechnical

Reports to: General Manager

Job purpose: To promote and sell the company’s products and services to potential and existing customers, building relationships, addressing customer needs, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Internal Stakeholders

• Sales Manager (for performance management and reporting)
• Marketing team (for product promotion and support)
• Customer service teams (for handling client concerns)

External Stakeholders

• Clients and customers (for sales and support)
• Vendors and suppliers (for product details and ordering)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the mining sector.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Report on sales activities and forecasts.

Performance Indicators

• Sales conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the mining or industrial sector.
