Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and programme outcomes.
- Support the development and review of clinical guidelines, protocols, and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Contribute to financial planning and the optimisation of laboratory services.
