What You'll Do:

• Service and maintain relationships with the current distributor client base

• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients, converting potential leads into sales

• Grow the product basket at end-user sites and promote the full range of offerings

• Identify and secure new clients to expand market reach

• Manage staff training and coordinate with the National Sales Manager

• Focus on new product sales and achieving monthly targets

• Regularly update and maintain CRM system with client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Own a reliable vehicle and willing to travel at least once a month for a week

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive sector

• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills

• Ability to carry out physical product demonstrations

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous

• Demonstrable adaptability and a customer-focused attitude
