Job description
Purpose of the position: To accurately and timeously ensure that all quality controls are adhered to and non conformances are reported. Minimum Requirements: - Matric ( With Science is Advantageous) - NQF1 Food and Beverage Handling Knowledge: - Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, Specific Quality Controls (product specification and process specification and knowledge) - Good Laboratory practices Skills: - Ability to run calibrations and verifications on testing equipment - Ability to understand the testing regimes and accurately follow testing methods for raw milk and cream - Ability to conduct ring tests - Ability to conduct truck inspections - Ability to conduct an audit, record findings with evidence and report timeously - Good communication skills - Ability to learn and adapt
