Head of Education and Training

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the long-term Academy strategy aligned to organisational objectives
• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of education and training programmes
• Build professional development and mentorship pathways for engineers and young professionals
• Strengthen partnerships with universities, employers, industry bodies, and government stakeholders
• Drive quality assurance, curriculum governance, and CPD compliance across all programmes
• Oversee learning management systems, digital learning platforms, reporting, and training analytics
• Support business development through corporate training solutions and client engagement
• Champion transformation and inclusion initiatives across learning programmes
• Manage budgets, revenue planning, pricing, and financial sustainability of the Academy
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Education and Training team while reporting performance to executive leadership
