Attorney

• We are seeking an admitted Attorney to join a reputable finance company in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will provide practical, commercial legal support across the business, with a focus on finance/credit matters, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. This is a hands-on role suited to an attorney who can balance legal risk with business priorities.
• Salary: Market related

Minimum requirements

• LLB degree.
• Admitted Attorney (High Court)
• 4+ years’ post-admission experience (in-house or private practice)/ Financial Sector.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial contracting and legal advisory work.
• Exposure to a finance / credit / banking / lending environment is strongly advantageous.
