This is a fully remote position (Work from home)

Commission only (Will earn a % commission on every placement made with Director)

Potential to earn between R1000 - R20 000 p/m depending on performance and placements made

Working hours 9am - 5p/m Monday - Friday

Full trainng will be provided

Brief description of role

SPI is a small recruitment agency that was founded in 2016 the PAs role will be to work with the director of the business and assist him with scheduling, appointment making, dairy management, typing, organising of documents, client and candidates dealings and setting up of interviews and meetings as well as all admin related duties.

Minimum Requirements

Work from home setup (Uncapped Internet, laptop, office, cell phone)

English and Afrikaans speaking

A intrest in Recruitment

Strong social media skills and ability especially on facebook and Linkedin

Ability to work with canva and word and excel and strong computer literacy

Excellent at diary management

Very strong organising skills

Strong time management

Ability to work on Zoom and Teams and be in regulary meetings

Setting up of appointments, meetings and interviews

Strong admin skills and typing skills

Able to deal with clients and candidates in online meetings and via the telephone
