FROGG Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing candidates. This remote role requires you to phone clients, screen applicants, and close deals for Cape Town-based roles.
You should have 3-5 years of recruitment experience and be able to handle end-to-end processes remotely, delivering strong candidate shortlists and successful placements while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
