Band Leader Other

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of musicians, including conducting auditions, rehearsals, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Director to create engaging and diverse musical shows for guests  onboard the cruise ship
• Ensure the band is well-rehearsed and prepared for all performances
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of performances to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Manage and maintain the band's equipment and instruments
• Act as a liaison between the band and other departments, such as guest services and technical crew
• Uphold safety and emergency procedures at all times
