Year-one performance objectives
- Deliver clean tested C#/.NET features that meet agreed requirements and are ready for production use.
- Contribute to dependable API and database changes with clear handling of errors data integrity and operational impact.
- Resolve defects by identifying root causes and putting practical prevention measures in place.
- Participate effectively in Git and Azure DevOps delivery practices including peer review testing and release discipline.
- Build working knowledge of third-party integrations and operational needs.
- Contribute to the ongoing move toward a modern API-first web platform.
