Duties & Responsibilities

Company and Job Description

Our client is a highly respected advisory firm based in Sandton providing specialist tax and Transfer Pricing services to multinational and listed organisations. They are seeking an ambitious Transfer Pricing Manager or Assistant Manager to join their growing team.
This role offers exposure to international tax planning transfer pricing documentation economic analysis and direct client engagement across a diverse portfolio of local and multinational businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Apply the Arms Length Principle in accordance with OECD guidelines.
• Advise multinational clients on Transfer Pricing policies and compliance.
• Perform benchmarking and economic analyses.
• Review intercompany transactions and pricing methodologies.
• Assist clients with SARS Transfer Pricing requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and participate in business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical excellence within the team.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• BCom Accounting Finance or related qualification.
• SAICA Articles completed at a Big 4 Audit Firm (Non-negotiable).

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Newly qualified professionals straight out of Big 4 audit are encouraged to apply.
• Existing Transfer Pricing experience will be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Arms Length Principle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
