Assistant Accountant

Fixed Term Contract : Mon - Friday 07.30 - 16.00 or 08.00 - 16.30

Dual /hybrid work arrangement

Requirements

• BCom Degree or Diploma in Financial Accounting
• At least 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in a financial environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
• Financial acumen (monthly close-end processes and reporting)
• Display the ability to work under pressure
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail - Thoroughly attends to all aspects of a task/situation when delivering work outputs
• Actively drives own effort (and activities of others where relevant) to achieve team / departmental outcomes
• The candidate must be available IMMEDIATELY for a 3-month contract period
