Grow distributor sales and profitability
Coach distributor sales teams on value selling
Identify new market opportunities
Expand channel coverage
Manage pricing and commercial negotiations
Drive marketing initiatives through distributors
Improve distributor capability and performance
Achieve volume revenue and margin targets
Around 10 years sales or distributor management experience
Industrial B2B or lubricants industry experience
Strong distributor or channel management background
Excellent commercial negotiation skills
Proven history of delivering sales growth
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience managing multiple distributor relationships
Willingness to travel extensively
Strategic leadership role
National exposure
Highly commercial environment
