Opportunity Overview

EY Consultings Business Transformation practice supports clients in delivering large-scale technology-enabled transformation programmes including ERP implementations and upgrades (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).

Due to a strong pipeline of multi-million-dollar engagements we are expanding our capability by hiring PMP-certified professionals at Manager level to support programme delivery across industries.

Role Description

As a PMP Certified Business Transformation Manager you will support the delivery of complex transformation programmes with a strong focus on ERP-enabled initiatives. Working closely with Programme Leads you will be responsible for structured execution governance and coordination across multiple workstreams.

You will play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence supporting stakeholders across business and IT functions and contributing to the successful implementation of technology transformation programmes aligned to client strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
• Manage programme governance reporting and tracking (including RAID management)
• Coordinate workstreams timelines and interdependencies
• Support stakeholder engagement across client leadership and delivery teams
• Develop and maintain programme artefacts and reporting packs
• Ensure adherence to EY delivery methodologies and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and business stakeholders

Technical Requirements

• PMP certification (mandatory)

• Knowledge of programme governance frameworks and methodologies
• Experience managing risks issues and dependencies
