Were looking for a commercially minded and property-savvy Manager Portfolio Management to play a pivotal role in the NSW Governments Pre-sale Finance Guarantee (PFG) initiative designed to unlock housing supply by providing developers with greater certainty and accelerating residential projects across the state.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your property finance risk assessment and stakeholder management expertise to support a program that directly contributes to solving one of NSWs biggest challenges: housing availability.

What makes this role exciting

As Manager Portfolio Management youll help assess and manage a portfolio of residential development opportunities seeking support through the PFG. Youll work closely with developers legal advisors valuers and internal stakeholders to evaluate applications monitor commitments and optimise portfolio outcomes.

Who were looking for

Were keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience in property development portfolio management banking project finance valuation or related sectors.
• Strong analytical and commercial assessment capabilities.
• Ability to interpret residential property market trends and project risks.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and expectations.
• Excellent written communication skills including preparing reports briefings and recommendations.
• Sound judgement and the ability to make evidence-based recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering outcomes that benefit communities.
• Experience maintaining portfolio monitoring tools internal reporting dashboards and spreadsheets including tracking project milestones risks commitments and portfolio performance.
