Project Manager Software Implementations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software implementation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working with customers managing complex projects and driving technology solutions from planning through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end software implementation projects
• Gather and analyse customer requirements and oversee system configuration interfaces and reporting requirements
• Develop and manage project plans timelines and key milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
• Ensure successful project delivery customer satisfaction and ongoing support
• Collaborate across departments to deliver effective software solutions

Requirements:

• Degree or qualification in Business Informatics Information Systems IT Business Management or a related field
• Proven experience managing software implementation or IT projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software deployment processes
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with a structured and analytical approach
• Willingness to travel when required

Advantageous:

• Experience within the logistics transport or supply chain industry
• Exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS) or enterprise software solutions
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
