Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is a respected façade and cladding engineering specialist with extensive experience delivering high-quality building envelope solutions. They provide a complete design-to-installation service and work on prominent projects for recognised contractors and developers. The company continues to invest in innovation digital technologies and technical excellence across its operations.

Lead the preparation and review of detailed shop and fabrication drawings for façade cladding and architectural metalwork systems. Produce accurate material take-offs and works orders manage approvals and drawing revisions resolve technical issues coordinate with factory and site teams mentor junior draughtsmen and support BIM automation and process-improvement initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Draughting Architectural Technology Mechanical/Structural Drafting or similar qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in façade cladding curtain walling aluminium sheet metal or structural steel detailing.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency with Revit and BIM experience highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of fabrication manufacturing and installation processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects technical coordination drawing approvals and junior team mentorship.
