Join an established customer-focused financial-services organisation modernising critical transaction platforms. The Microsoft-led environment is moving toward web-based API-first services with multiple third-party integrations supporting essential business processes.
Performance objectives for year one
- Deliver production-ready C#/.NET 6 and MVC enhancements supporting priority business processes and web-platform modernisation.
- Design and optimise SQL Server and MySQL data-layer components including stored procedures and SSIS work where required.
- Build and strengthen RESTful API and SOAP/WCF integrations with reliable XML and JSON handling.
- Improve stability and maintainability by resolving incidents at root cause and applying lasting fixes.
- Contribute well-tested releases through unit testing code reviews CI/DevOps practices and disciplined source control.
- Collaborate with analysts testers and developers; maintain useful technical documentation and share knowledge.
