Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and conduct user interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
• Perform usability testing to validate solutions.
• Design and iterate UI concepts wireframes and prototypes.
• Create user-centric solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation quality.
• Align with stakeholders on requirements and design direction.
• Support Agile delivery through user stories designs and prototypes.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Lead UX/UI initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to a consistent UX across the GAIA platform.
• Present design results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support communication and adoption activities where required.
• Apply UX methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of the user experience for GAIA users globally.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or Diploma in:
• UX Design
• Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Interaction Design
• Graphic Design
• Information Systems
• Related field
• At least 2 years of experience in:
• UX Design
• User Research
• Communication
• Usability Testing
• Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions for complex products.
