Non-Technical Trainer

Our Client operating in the OE Automotive Industry is seeking to employ a Non-Technical Trainer to their team based in Centurion Gauteng.
To deliver high-quality non-technical training that develops dealer staff capability supports certification and improves business performance.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in automotive training business or related field.
• 35 years training or facilitation experience ideally in similar OEM environment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in general automotive/dealer environment advantageous.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Facilitate learning programs aligned to business needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to learners.
• Support development and updating of training content.
• Ensure training materials are relevant and aligned to standards.
• Engage learners to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Training delivered as per schedule.
• Assessments conducted and feedback provided.
• Evaluation completed after each session.
• Continuous improvement actions implemented.
