Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Driving new business growth by proactively identifying prospecting and securing clients within target sectors
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline consistently working towards and exceeding revenue targets
  • Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement and solution design to proposal development and closing deals
  • Developing and managing strategic client relationships ensuring high levels of retention and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Collaborating with operations and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of client solutions
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strengthen the business offering
