Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic food preparation and meal service.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure dining kitchen and service areas are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Wash dishes utensils and catering equipment as required.
  • Assist with receiving storing and rotating stock according to company procedures.
  • Support cash handling and point-of-sale activities where applicable.
  • Adhere to food safety hygiene health and safety standards.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing dining and serving areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.
  • Perform any additional duties required to support catering operations.
