Customer Service Consultant (International Campaign)
Location: Cape Town CBD (Office-Based)
Salary: R8000 Basic R1000 Shift Allowance
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (Monday Sunday aligned to US business hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately capture customer information and interactions.
- Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 months international call centre experience (voice).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts aligned to US hours (Monday Sunday).
- Ability to work full-time from the Cape Town CBD office.
