Join a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing group in a high-impact leadership role as a Financial Controller

Duties & Responsibilities

This opportunity offers exposure to strategic decision-making operational finance commercial insight and business transformation within a fast-paced environment.
As the Finance Controller you will report directly to the CFO and partner closely with the CEO Board and operational leadership teams. You will take ownership of financial reporting controls budgeting forecasting cash flow management compliance and finance operations while contributing toward strategic initiatives acquisitions and long-term growth objectives.

Duties:

• Leading the full finance function across multiple entities within the group
• Overseeing annual financial statements audits tax compliance and governance
• Managing monthly reporting management packs budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
• Driving cash flow forecasting working capital management and cost optimisation initiatives
• Supporting mergers acquisitions due diligence and financial modelling activities
• Managing debtors creditors treasury inventory payroll oversight and operational finance processes
• Partnering with operations sales merchandising and finance teams to align strategic targets

Education and experience:

• CIMA (Completed)
• 5-7 years post-qualification finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple entities
