We are sourcing for an Internship: Adjudication Litigation role.

Administrative functions

• Exposure to company Legal principles and guidelines
• Company Act
• Assessment of merits
• Assessment of quantum
• Drafting of memorandums obtaining mandates.
• Loading of offers
• Negotiating settlements
• Legal costs

Qualifications and other Requirements

• Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Bachelors Degree (LLB)
• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of Academic transcript
• CV and motivational letter
• Medical Report from the Dr or Hospital
