A well-established building contractor is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join its construction team on high-end residential developments in the Paarl area

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labour teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to programme quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Liaise with Site Managers Contracts Managers consultants and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with project planning scheduling and resource allocation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Foreman on residential housing developments.
• Proven track record in managing multiple housing units simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building methods finishes and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership communication and organisational skills.
• Valid drivers licence and own transport.
