Job Description:

• Support the analysis of current finance processes to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in mapping end-to-end processes using tools such as Visio Miro or similar platforms
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation including SOPs and controlled process libraries
• Assist in gathering cleaning and analysing data to support process insights and decision-making
• Help prepare reporting packs presentations and KPI dashboards
• Coordinate with finance teams to schedule workshops testing sessions and feedback discussions
• Assist in preparing training materials user guides and change communication documentation
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification
• Support the adoption of new systems tools and process methodologies
• Contribute ideas and insights to drive efficiency and enhance overall finance operations

Skills & Experience:

• 4 years experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of finance or business processes
• Data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets essential; Power BI a plus)
• Experience with process mapping tools or workflow diagrams

Qualification:

• Degree in Finance or related
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles ADVANTAGEOUS
