Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees teas and other drinks.
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all beverage preparation and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety health and safety regulations.
• Assist with merchandising and display of products. Support the broader catering team as required.
• Arrange displays of bar stock and glassware.
• Serve snacks or food items to people seated at the bar.
• Collect payments for drinks and balance cash receipts.
• Use machines that automatically mix and dispense drinks.
• Coordinating beverage requirements with other supervisory staff.
• Planning bar menus.
• Assisting with advertising and promotions.
