Due to growing demand for our services we are seeking an experienced full-time or part-time Occupational Health Doctor to play a key role in our mission to help Australians stay healthy safe and productive at work.

This exciting opportunity is based at our Newcastle clinic. Youll deliver pre-employment medicals health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments for clients across the New South Wales resources transport construction and manufacturing sectors.

About You

Were looking for a registered medical practitioner who is passionate about occupational health and thrives in a collaborative client-focused environment. Key attributes experience and capabilities include:

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner and Australian work rights
• Experience in Occupational Medicine (ideally 2 years) or a commitment to move into this field
• Rail AHP RSHQ EMO/AMA MRO and Order 45 accreditation or willingness to obtain support provided if not already qualified
• Strong Clinical Judgment crucial for effective decision-making and client interactions
• Strong digital literacy and technical competence KINNECT is a leader in technology-enabled occupational health; high comfort with digital systems is a must
• Customer-Centric Mindset a clear focus on delivering high-quality client-oriented healthcare services
• Team Player with Independence confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional Communication Skills capable of fostering clear efficient and constructive exchanges that keep teams and clients aligned
