Operations Manager (Food Manufacturing)

A leading food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee plant operations production quality and supply chain activities within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 1015 years Operations Management experience.
• Essential experience in meat poultry fish or protein manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing large production teams and driving operational efficiencies.
• Experience engaging and negotiating with major retail customers such as
• Strong knowledge of food safety HACCP GMP quality standards and compliance.
• Relevant qualification in Operations Engineering Supply Chain or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production processing dispatch and operational activities.
• Drive productivity cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure food safety quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage operational budgets resources and performance KPIs.
• Develop and lead operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales Supply Chain Procurement Finance and Quality.
