Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in organisational development or related fields.

• Proven expertise in strategy development, change management, and talent management.

• Strong skills in performance management, organisational design, and assessment.

• Proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies, including C.

• Exceptional leadership and team development abilities.
