About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and working independently.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• 2–5 years' hands-on experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.

• Microsoft 365 certification or successful completion of a relevant Microsoft certification/exam.

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.

• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Valid South African driver's license (essential).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users via the help desk.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments.

• Troubleshoot device-related issues.

• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and performance issues.

• Configure and support network devices where required.

• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

• Document support requests and resolutions accurately.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

• Travel to client sites.
