Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 yearsâ experience in R&D or Product Development
• 3-5 yearsâ experience in a management or leadership role, including the supervision and development of engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including hardware, firmware, software, or electronic design engineers.
• Demonstrated experience leading product development projects from concept through design, testing, certification, production release, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in electronic hardware design, embedded systems, firmware development, or related technical engineering disciplines.
• Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and project execution.
