A leading telecommunications infrastructure organisation is looking for an experienced BI Manager to drive strategic data initiatives across African markets. This is a rare opportunity for a data leader with strong Business Intelligence and Machine Learning expertise to influence business decisions build predictive models and support high impact projects within the telecoms sector. If you have a deep understanding of Mobile Network Operators and enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights this role is for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous
• Machine Learning certifications beneficial

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a BI Manager or senior BI role
• Strong experience developing and improving Machine Learning models
• Advanced Business Intelligence and Data Analytics experience
• Knowledge of the South African telecoms market and Mobile Network Operators
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

KPAs:

• Lead and enhance Business Intelligence initiatives
• Develop and optimise Machine Learning models
• Deliver strategic insights to support business decision making
• Partner with stakeholders across African markets
• Drive data governance reporting and analytics best practices
