Brand Manager

Full time | Cape Town, South Africa

As a Brand and Trade Marketing Coordinator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will help develop and integrate Brand and Trade Marketing programs for the South African and Sub Saharan African markets, leveraging local and global marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Brand & Trade Marketing campaign planning and maintain marketing activity calendar for Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale channels
• Own all campaign & promotional rollouts, and with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensure all deadlines are adhered to, driving executional excellence
• Build demand generation plans for DTC and Wholesale accounts
• Drive PR and work with agency to maximise key earned media opportunities
• Social media management – planning oversight of partners social channels
• Daily point of contact with 3rd party agencies
• Work with stakeholders to track key metrics for reporting purposes
• Reporting – Monthly Business Reviews, Campaigns Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews
• Manage Brand Assistant as a direct report
• Manage team intern as a direct report
• Align and partner with Ecommerce Manager
• Coordinate the development, sourcing, production, tracking and delivery of all marketing and retail related tools against set timelines
• Assist with Events - consumer, internal, sales launch events, store launches etc.
• Assist with Influencer marketing and seeding
• Ecom support
• Evaluate all proposals
• Budget Management

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant Tertiary qualification
• Experience of 5+ years in a similar position
• Trade Marketing experience
• Retail experience
