Were looking for an experienced Direct Travel Specialist to join a leading luxury travel company designing unforgettable journeys across Southern and East Africa.

Design and plan tailor-made safari itineraries

Handle reservations from enquiry through to final documentation

Deliver outstanding service to direct guests

Build destination knowledge and provide expert travel advice

Work collaboratively within a dynamic reservations team

Requirements

Minimum 5 years reservations experience within a tour operating environment

Strong knowledge of Southern & East African destinations

Experience creating FIT itineraries from quotation through to travel documentation

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Tourplan experience will be a distinct advantage

Highly organised detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
