Property Valuation Specialist – Market Insight & Client Service

The Focus Group is seeking a professional Valuer to deliver external property valuations and associated reporting. You will conduct objective appraisals, manage valuation timetables, perform market research, and produce detailed valuation reports for client portfolios.

Travel and mobility are expected to meet client needs; strong knowledge of commercial valuations, financial modelling (DCF) and market trends is essential.
