Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements.

• Present tailored logistics and courier solutions that meet clients' operational needs.

• Prepare quotations and proposals and successfully negotiate and close deals.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.

• Keep sales forecasts up to date and provide regular progress reports.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
