Job description
The Business Intelligence Analyst supports all SIAAC divisions by transforming data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency and decision‑making. This cross‑functional role works with leadership, operations, sales, finance and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Analyse sales, operational, financial and inventory data
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support leadership with regular business insights and KPIs
- Create, maintain and optimise data models
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Present findings and recommendations clearly
Requirements
- 2–4 years' BI or Data Analyst experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation experience
- Experience working with business data across departments
- Comfortable preparing reports for leadership and operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate data into business language
Preferred skills
- Renewable energy, logistics or wholesale/distribution experience
- CRM and ERP reporting
- SQL, Power BI or equivalent platforms
