Collections Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Strategy Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization in the finance industry. This pivotal role will support our client’s growth by enhancing collection processes and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Analyse collection data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving collection outcomes.

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management.

• Assist in the refinement of collections models and strategies based on data analysis.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably within finance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly.

• Solid understanding of collections processes and financial metrics.

Familiarity with the following:

• Financial modelling and forecasting.

• Data visualisation best practices.
