DENTAL ASSISTANT / RECEPTION SUPPORT | RANDBURG, JHB

A well-established Dental Practice in Randburg, Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced and reliable HPCSA Registered Dental Assistant to join their professional team. The ideal candidate should be confident in a clinical environment and willing to assist with reception and front-desk duties when needed.

The practice is looking for a candidate with strong dental assisting experience, particularly in surgical and implant procedures, while also being comfortable supporting the administrative and patient-facing side of the practice.

Ideal Starting Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements:

• HPCSA-registered Dental Assistant (registration must be current and up to date)

• Minimum of 3 years’ dental assisting experience

• Implant and surgical experience is essential

• Previous experience assisting with reception and administrative duties will be advantageous

• Experience using Solumed Pro is highly advantageous

• Experience with similar systems, such as GoodX, will also be considered

• Strong chairside assisting skills

• Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills

• Professional, reliable, and well-presented

• Able to work effectively within a team and under pressure

• Preferably residing in Johannesburg, close to Randburg

• Own reliable vehicle with a valid, up-to-date driver’s licence

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00 Fridays: 07:30 – 16:00 Saturdays: 08:00 – 16:00 (every alternate Saturday)

Salary: Salary is dependent on relevant experience and will be discussed during the interview.
