Head of Cyber Security

We are seeking an experienced Head of Cyber Security to lead the strategic direction, growth, and delivery of our cyber securityportfolio. This executive leadership role is responsible for defining the cybersecurity strategy, developing go-to-market initiatives, driving pre-salesengagements, and overseeing the successful delivery of cyber security solutionsto enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will combine strong technicalexpertise with commercial acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to clients whileworking closely with executive leadership, sales teams, vendors, and deliveryteams to expand the organisation's cyber security capabilities and marketpresence.

Key Responsibilities

Cyber Security Strategy

• Defineand execute the organisation's cyber security vision and long-termstrategy.
• Developand evolve the cyber security portfolio to align with market trends andcustomer requirements.
• Driveinnovation across Managed Security Services, Cloud Security, NetworkSecurity, Identity & Access Management, and Security Operations.
• Buildbusiness cases for new cyber security products and services.
• Monitoremerging threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure theorganisation remains competitive.
• Developand execute cyber security go-to-market strategies for new and existingofferings.
• Defineproduct positioning, pricing models, customer value propositions, andservice packaging.
• Collaboratewith Marketing and Sales to create sales enablement material and thoughtleadership content.
• Identifynew market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Driveportfolio growth and revenue generation across enterprise accounts.
• Actas the executive technical advisor during strategic customer engagements.
• Leadexecutive presentations, workshops, and solution design sessions.
• SupportRFP, RFI, and tender responses.
• Developcyber security solution architectures aligned to customer businessoutcomes.
• Workclosely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and close complexdeals.

Business Transformation

• Leadcyber security transformation initiatives across enterprise customers.
• Defineautomation strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Driveadoption of AI-driven security operations where appropriate.Developscalable service delivery models and operational processes.

Leadership

• Build,mentor, and lead high-performing cyber security teams.
• Managearchitects, consultants, engineers, and security specialists.
• Fostercollaboration across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Executive Leadership.
• EstablishKPIs, governance frameworks, and operational reporting.
• Ownportfolio profitability and revenue growth.
• Developannual business plans and budgets.
• Managevendor relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Trackmarket trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitivepositioning.

Required Experience

• 12+years' experience within Cyber Security, Information Security, orEnterprise Technology.
• 5+years in a senior leadership or practice management role.
• Provenexperience developing and executing cyber security strategies.
• Strongexperience building and managing cyber security service portfolios.
• Experiencedriving go-to-market strategies and launching new security offerings.
• Demonstratedsuccess supporting enterprise pre-sales engagements and solution design.
• Experienceworking with C-level stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Strongcommercial understanding of managed services and recurring revenue models.
• Experienceleading large transformation programmes.
